The Activate Rural team is available for free, one-on-one coaching sessions to support rural creative building activation projects in rural communities across the United States.

Would you like feedback or input on your idea or plans for a project? Are you wondering where to find resources to help make your idea or project a reality? Is there a project challenge you’d like to talk through with us? We are here for you!

Coaching sessions are designed to offer support and resources to creative entrepreneurs, artists, organizations and small business owners with creative third places. We’ll start by hearing a bit about your project, spend some time answering your questions, and follow up with resources via email. We can offer help with topics like:

  • Building and business ownership structures

  • Fundraising and capital campaign strategies

  • Collaboration and partnership

  • Storytelling and marketing

  • Process transparency and accountability

  • Social capital and capacity building

  • Placemaking and creative engagement strategies

While we may not have all the answers, we will do our best to direct you to resources who do! You may also contact us via email with your question(s), thoughts and ideas. A member of the Activate Rural staff will respond via email within a week except during holiday breaks.
