Recipes for the Future: A Dispersed Potluck & Cooking Show
Tuesday, December 8 | 4 – 5 PM CT
Online via Zoom!

Pull up a chair, pour yourself something festive, and bring a little something to the table! As another year of Beyond the Clock comes to a close, Ash & Anna invite you to gather around our shared virtual table for our annual BTC Holiday Happy Hour!

We'll be joined by our 2026 Artist in Residence, Nikiko Masumoto, who's Recipes for the Future invite us to explore the stories, traditions, and ways of knowing we've inherited, and how we might combine them to nourish the generations to come.

For our Dispersed Potluck & Cooking Show, we invite you to bring a dish, drink, snack, or family recipe that holds meaning for you. Maybe it's something passed down through generations, something that reminds you of a person or place you love, or something entirely new that represents what you're hoping to cultivate in the year ahead.

We'll share stories, swap recipes, and enjoy a little holiday cheer!

Come as you are, bring what nourishes you, and join us for an hour of warmth, reflection, and good company as we set the table for the future we're making. All are welcome. No cooking skills required!

Register by November 25th and receive a little special something! With love from Ash & Anna

Co-hosted by the Department of Public Transformation and Voices for Rural Resilience, with support from the Rural Assembly, Beyond the Clock invites creative rural rockstars from across the country to share in digital happy hours and learning exchanges that connect and inspire. Join us to grapple with the tensions and celebrate the joys of working in and with rural communities.
