Department of Public Transformation (DoPT), founded in 2017 and incorporated in 2018, is a nonprofit organization developing creative strategies for increased community connection, civic engagement, and equitable participation in rural places. We believe in the power of rural creativity in activating solutions to address community challenges and opportunities. DoPT is a multi-centered organization working on projects nationally across the United States, regionally in the Upper Midwest, statewide throughout Minnesota, and in/with Southwest Minnesota.
Evaluation and Impact Consultant

DoPT is seeking an Evaluation and Impact Consultant to design an evaluation framework for the Activate Rural program. We are requesting qualifications from consultants who will work with our team to help us better understand and articulate the broader impact of investing in arts-based strategies for community and building activation, and to measure the Activate Rural Learning Lab’s impact on the program participants and their respective communities.
